If you carry bills around with you on the regular, you have two options for what you choose to do with the change: a) leave it scattered in your pockets or b) give it away. While there is certainly some nobility in the latter, for the times you want to hang on to your change, there is nothing worse than loose change jingling around in your pockets, susceptible to getting lost at any moment.
