Boston-based bag line, Forestbound, has recently released it’s first men’s line this summer, which includes a variety of limited edition bags constructed entirely out of salvaged vintage fabrics. Three of the bags, a carryall, a duffel, and a shoulder bag, were created specifically for men, while the rest of the line includes other ingeniously recycled vintage pieces such as a laptop case, utility pouches, and a range of versatile carryalls.
Forestbound creator, Alice Saunders, utilizes vintage fabrics from authentic WWII era US Navy sea bags, military duffel bags in green and tan, and 1920’s – 1950’s era farm feed sacks and mattress ticking. You can get your hands on these unique and stylish utilitarian bags at any of the following retailers:
Anthopologie — Chevy Chase, MD
Sword and Fern– Portland, OR

Against Nature — New York, NY
Tavin — Los Angles, CA
