Earlier this year, SeaVees met up and collaborated with Strawfoot Handmade to design a beautiful supply tote inspired by surplus bags of the sixties, and made exactly to SeaVees specifications. Strawfoot’s Garrett Kautz heads the one-man operation out of Santa Cruz, California, and it takes him about 3 hours to craft one of our bags by hand.
The supply tote is constructed of premium waxed canvas in grey with a dark brown double-bottom layer, vegetable-tanned domestic cowhide straps with a beveled edge, while the internal corners of the bag have been punched and riveted for reinforcement. You can purchase this bag at select retailers or through the SeaVees website, but hurry, as there’s rumored to be less than 20 left.
